Q. How can I pay and do I need to pay when booking a jumping castle in Sydney?

Payment can be made online when making a booking or prior to the booking date.

Q. Can the jumping castle be set up on a slope?

Yes! Unless the slope is extreme this won't affect the jumping castle. If you're unsure about your yard, contact our Sydney team and we'll talk you through it.

Q. Do I need to hire a generator?

All our jumping castles come with a blower which keeps the castle inflated at all times. The blower requires standard household power — we supply long extension leads included in the price. If you're having your party at a Sydney park without access to power, you'll need arrange a generator. Kennards is a good place to find these: Kennards Generator Hire

Q. How big are the jumping castles?

Our jumping castles range from 3x3m up to 7x7m. We recommend at least 0.5 metres of clearance around the castle — so for a 3x3m castle you'll need at least 3.5x3.5m of space. Each product page lists the exact dimensions and space required.

Q. What age do you need to be to use a jumping castle?

Our smaller castles are suitable for children 6 years and under, and medium castles for children 12 years and under. We also have a range of adult jumping castles and Disco Domes perfect for grown-up events across Sydney.

Q. What is the weight limit for jumping castles?

Small jumping castles are suitable for up to 8 children at one time, and medium castles for up to 12 children. These limits are based on average weights for each age group. Contact our Sydney team if you need further information.

Q. How tall are the jumping castles?

Small castles are 3.2m tall, our 4x4m slide castles are 4.3m tall, and our larger castles reach 5m. Individual heights are listed on each product page — browse our full jumping castle range for details.

Q. What is the latest time you collect the jumping castle?

Collection is by 8pm. Overnight hire is available on selected castles — check the product page or contact our Sydney team to arrange a later pickup if needed.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes — Blast Entertainment Sydney holds $20,000,000 public liability insurance. A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request — just get in touch.

Q. Do I receive a receipt?

A tax invoice will be emailed or texted to you once payment has been made.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before delivery free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations are charged the full hire amount — except in the case of heavy rain or high winds, for which there is no cancellation fee.

Q. Can the jumping castle be set up on concrete?

Q. Can the jumping castle be set up at a park in Sydney?

Yes! We don't charge extra for park setups. You may need to obtain permission from your local council or park management beforehand. If there's no power at the park, a generator will be required.

DELIVERY POLICY

Blast Entertainment Sydney delivers jumping castles across Greater Sydney including Liverpool, Blacktown, Parramatta, Campbelltown, Bankstown, Penrith, Camden, Merrylands, Fairfield, and Auburn. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

If your area isn't listed, give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

If we are unable to complete your delivery due to severe weather, vehicle failure, or any unforeseen circumstance, we'll notify you as early as possible and provide a full refund.

Please ensure there is adequate space for the castle, the setup area is accessible, and the ground has been cleared of debris. We are unable to provide refunds if delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient space or an unsuitable location.
